Eligibility for Returns

- Be in its original condition with all tags attached
- Not be altered or worn
- Not be a final sale item

Refunds
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the eligibility conditions. If approved, a refund will be processed within 5–7 business days. Please note that refunds will be issued to the original payment method. If you paid using Shopify Payments, please allow additional time for the bank to process the refund.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then, contact your bank or credit card company, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted. If you've done this and still haven't received your refund, please contact us at support@elyseia.shop.
Exchanges
We only offer exchanges for defective or damaged items. If you received a defective or damaged item, please contact our support team to arrange for a replacement. We will provide a replacement item or a refund, depending on availability.
Return Shipping
The customer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. For orders over $75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe return of your item.
